Applicants should provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of income, such as recent pay stubs, an offer letter, or bank statements. Additional documentation may be requested during the screening process based on the rental criteria.

Total move-in costs at Centra vary depending on the unit's required security deposit and the resident's chosen move-in date. A personalized move-in cost estimate, including prorated rent and any applicable deposits or fees, is provided by the leasing team before move-in.

Monthly rent at Centra covers the apartment home and provides access to community amenities for residents to enjoy. Amenities are shared spaces and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or improvements, and are not factored into rent. The leasing team will review all details, including utilities and community features, prior to move-in so there are no surprises.

Centra offers a resort-style swimming pool with outdoor cabanas and a dedicated entertainment area, a 24/7 fitness center with a Synrgy360 training rig, a rooftop deck and lounge with panoramic views of the Phoenix skyline, a resident social lounge with a demonstration kitchen, billiards table, shuffleboard, and arcade games, propane grills, and an underground parking garage.

Centra offers 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes in the heart of Midtown Phoenix, each featuring stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, contemporary plank flooring, and full-size in-unit washers and dryers.

Parking is currently included, with details confirmed during the leasing process.  Additional spaces are available to rent based on availability. 

EV charging is not currently available; however, the team can share nearby options and updates on future enhancements.

Utility responsibilities are outlined in the lease agreement and reviewed prior to move-in for full transparency.

Centra is a pet-friendly community. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 applies per approved pet, with a maximum of two pets per apartment home. Monthly pet rent is $55 per pet. Please contact the leasing office for the most current pet policy and fee details.
